While we ensure that all perfumes are packaged with care and delivered in perfect condition, we understand that you may need to return a product occasionally. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which returns and refunds are accepted.
We accept returns under the following conditions:
The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
The product should not be damaged, broken, or tampered with.
⚠️ Used perfumes or opened packaging will not be accepted for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.
Perfumes that have been opened or tested.
Products purchased during a sale, clearance, or using a discount coupon.
Custom/bulk orders (unless received damaged or defective).
To initiate a return:
Email us at customercare@hilford.in within 7 days of receiving the product.
Mention your order number, reason for return, and attach a photo of the product (if damaged or incorrect).
Our team will verify and provide further instructions within 24-48 hours.
You may need to self-ship the item if return pickup is not available at your location.
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
You will receive a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
In case of COD orders, we will request your bank details for NEFT transfer.
⚠️ Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item:
Report it within 48 hours of delivery.
Send us photos and unboxing video (if possible) for faster verification.
We will send a replacement or initiate a full refund as per your preference.
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled and will be subject to the return policy.
